Don’t you just love the colours in this!!!

Hi Folks.

Well, it has finally stopped blowing a gale and we have been having a couple of days glorious sunshine. During those wet, blustery days, I had my New Stampin’ Up! Catalogue to cheer me. I can’t put it down!!! If you would like your very own copy (U.K only I’m afraid – so sorry) just email me to cardcraftsbylilli@gmail.com and I will get one in the post to you. I would ask however that you only request a copy if you plan to purchase from me as obviously there is a cost to myself to purchase these catalogues in the first place. 🙂 Thank you. x

In celebration of all above I’m sharing a bright, colourful little card that was inspired by the very talented Michelle Zindorf. I just love the depth of colour in this. I hope you like my interpretation of it. Do check out my video tutorial and feel free to leave me some feedback. I would love to hear from you.

Details of project and materials are below along with a handy link to my online shop to help you easily purchase your goodies to make this. If you’ve any queries, just drop me a comment and I will get back to you as soon as I can. 🙂

Scottie Dog: Friend to Friend

Hi Everyone,

I’m back! Yay! Whilst I’m still having some issues with my PC at least I am able to get my blogging back underway.

I hope all is good with you. Brrrr!! It’s a bit chilly here this morning. We’ve had strange weather, alternating between brilliant sunshine and ‘relatively’ high temperatures (for Northern Ireland anyway) and hailstones and cold, cold winds. Today we’ve got rain. 😦

Anyhow, it’s lovely and cosy in my craft room and it’s my little happy place 😉

Recently I’ve been playing with the cute little Hot Diggety Dog stamp set. I hope you like the result.  Any questions or comments please do drop me a line as I would love to hear from you.

I’ve also added some other little cards I’ve made with this lovely stamp set and I have to credit Paula Knall and Michelle Last for design of 3 of these.

Details of products used are below and of course the direct link to craft shopping Heaven 🙂 Don’t forget to check out our gorgeous Designer Series Papers and Embellishments while you’re browsing.

Happy Bunny: – Screen card – the joys of spring

Hi Folks,

Welcome to another video blog.

Whilst this video uses a brayer technique, if you are completely new to ‘brayering’, I would advise you check out my Sheltering Tree video, which explains the technique in more depth. I will, when I get an opportunity, create a ‘How to ….’ page to cover techniques and tools. 🙂

In the meantime, I just can’t stop playing with this little stamp. I love it so much!

Whilst the stamp is sold specifically as an Easter stamp it is easily adapted for many other occasions and I’ve enjoyed having a little play around with it. I hope you enjoy it too.

Drop me a quick comment and let me know what you think. I would love to hear from you.

Don’t forget to check out the video tutorial too! 🙂

This little bunny is more versatile that you would think :)

Sheltering Tree Brayering Technique:

Hi folks,

Well this is my first, very nervous, attempt at doing a video tutorial. This whole process is totally new to me and has taken quite a while (to say the least) to complete.

I do hope you enjoy it even though I require more than a little practice however I promise you I will improve.

Please do leave me some (honest but kind) feedback. I would love to hear from you.

I have loads and loads of techniques to share and can’t wait to get this properly underway so do follow my blog to get notifications.

Until next time
