Watercolor Wishes Card Kit:

Annual15_p080_a watercolor wishes

Just when I thought I’d found my favourite Stampin’ Up! card kit, another gorgeous one comes along!!!

I’ve had such fun with this kit. It makes 20 beautiful cards, covering a range of occasions and the best bit is, each card is different. No two cards are the same. Absolutely everything you will require to make your gorgeous card collection is supplied in a beautiful gift box. You could happily present this set as a gift to friends and family, even if they aren’t crafters, as the stamp set, block, ink spots and embellishments are all supplied. AND!!! the stamps are included in the price! It’s an absolute bargain. Or, make up the cards and present them as a gift set. I have to say the stamp sentiments are really lovely and in such beautiful fonts. There is everything to LOVE about this kit. Now ….. the only warning I would give is …… if you are planning to gift this kit, you will definitely need to buy one for yourself, otherwise you won’t be able to part with it. Yes, it’s that gorgeous!!! Stampin’ Up! have done us proud with this years’ kits, without a doubt.

Below are some quick pics of the kit as I’ve made it up for my Craic & Crafting Classmates this week. I should point out that I’ve added a couple of bits and pieces to some of the cards simply to illustrate that you could use some of your existing Stampin’ Up! craft stash to compliment the kit …. however …. this is not strictly necessary, as the kit in itself is gorgeously complete. I’ve added a link directly to Craft Shopping Heaven for you to make it easier for you to get your hands on this ‘must have’ kit.

Oh and here are some quick pics of some of the Thank You gifts I’m making for this project class. 🙂 They are tiny little fridge magnets. Aren’t they cute!!! And each one will have the recipients initial tied with Natural Thread.

Enjoy x

Don’t you just love the colours in this!!!

Hi Folks.

Well, it has finally stopped blowing a gale and we have been having a couple of days glorious sunshine. During those wet, blustery days, I had my New Stampin’ Up! Catalogue to cheer me. I can’t put it down!!! If you would like your very own copy (U.K only I’m afraid – so sorry) just email me to cardcraftsbylilli@gmail.com and I will get one in the post to you. I would ask however that you only request a copy if you plan to purchase from me as obviously there is a cost to myself to purchase these catalogues in the first place. 🙂 Thank you. x

In celebration of all above I’m sharing a bright, colourful little card that was inspired by the very talented Michelle Zindorf. I just love the depth of colour in this. I hope you like my interpretation of it. Do check out my video tutorial and feel free to leave me some feedback. I would love to hear from you.

Details of project and materials are below along with a handy link to my online shop to help you easily purchase your goodies to make this. If you’ve any queries, just drop me a comment and I will get back to you as soon as I can. 🙂

Summer Silhouettes: That Chocolate Box look.

Hi Folks.

Another quick card (well, for me, it’s quicker than the cards that I would normally do) 😉

I’ve only just purchased this stamp set and this is my first play with it. And of course, I’ve fallen in love with it and this colour combination is probably my favourite. It’s soooooo easy to create a beautiful stamped image so you’ve got to get this if you don’t have it already. What do you think of it?

Oh, and a quick question. Could I ask those who ‘follow’ my blog to advise me if they are able to view my blog videos on their phone. I have a sneaking suspicion that I have an issue with that for some reason as I’m unable to view/open my last 2 blog videos on my phone. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know one way or other. 🙂

Until next time

More fun with this little Bunny stamp.

Whilst the stamp is sold specifically as an Easter stamp it is easily adapted for many other occasions and I’ve enjoyed having a little play around with it. I hope you enjoy it too.

Easy Peasy Double Slider Card:

Hi Folks,

It’s great to be back to my blog. It’s taken quite a time working with Microsoft Technical Support to resolve Malware issues on my PC. Fingers crossed, that’s all now sorted.

Anyhow, I thought I would share with you this fab card mechanism that I was shown about a year ago by my lovely Upline Clare McDonnell. I’ve actually made the card a little smaller than the original and my weekly classmates love it. I hope you like it.

Check out the video and full details below.

You can of course create your own design by using different cardstock and colours however if you do wish to copy mine, and you don’t already have these products, you need to check out my online shop ASAP as these products are retiring 2nd June.

For my customers with current S.U Catalogue, please remember that the catalogue retires on 2nd June, 2015 and not end of June.

The current Seasonal Catalogue also retires on that date.

So get shopping for those gorgeous Retiring items that you’ve just ‘got to have’ and enjoy the discounts too!!! 🙂

Scottie Dog: Friend to Friend

Hi Everyone,

I’m back! Yay! Whilst I’m still having some issues with my PC at least I am able to get my blogging back underway.

I hope all is good with you. Brrrr!! It’s a bit chilly here this morning. We’ve had strange weather, alternating between brilliant sunshine and ‘relatively’ high temperatures (for Northern Ireland anyway) and hailstones and cold, cold winds. Today we’ve got rain. 😦

Anyhow, it’s lovely and cosy in my craft room and it’s my little happy place 😉

Recently I’ve been playing with the cute little Hot Diggety Dog stamp set. I hope you like the result.  Any questions or comments please do drop me a line as I would love to hear from you.

I’ve also added some other little cards I’ve made with this lovely stamp set and I have to credit Paula Knall and Michelle Last for design of 3 of these.

Details of products used are below and of course the direct link to craft shopping Heaven 🙂 Don’t forget to check out our gorgeous Designer Series Papers and Embellishments while you’re browsing.
